All users of the searchengines.guru website are able to select the necessary paid functions in their Profiles and pay by card.


After clicking Pay, specify the card details and confirm your payment. The funds are credited instantly and no manual confirmations from the website are required.

The services are provided according to the paragraph 3.11 of the Forum Rules — in case of violations or an erroneous payment, no refunds are made.
The service is enabled for the user immediately after the funds are credited. The entire history of your orders is available under the My Payments section.

Advert topics

An advert topic is created in exactly the same way as a New forum topic. Simply enable the "This is advertising" switch, select a service which suits your needs and a placement period.

  1. An advert topic grants the right to place an advertising topic in any forum section for a selected period of time.
  2. A pinned topic is an advert topic pinned in the section.
  3. Always on top - an advert topic remains pinned in the first position of a section.

After configuring the "Advert topic" parameters, place an advertising text and click "Add" to open the payment page.


If something went wrong during the payment (failure, insufficient funds, card details error), the topic is saved in the user's Paid Features page where a repayment attempt can be initiated.

After the expiration of the paid period:

  1. In ordinary discussion sections the topic is hidden.
  2. In commercial sections the topic is shown in read-only mode.

Users can either extend the advert topic placement period via the Paid Features page or create a new one.

Adding ads under the guise of regular topics is prohibited. Such topics will be hidden by moderators, while the authors will be asked to pay for the "Advert topic".


General provisions:

  • Advertisers place "Advert topics" in the forum on their own. 
  • The minimum placement period is one month.
  • Rotation among pinned topics is performed by update time except for the "Always on top" position.
  • Advert topics are moderated in the same way as regular ones, except that the advert topics are not subject to the "advertising abuse" restriction.
  • A topic should comply with the Forum Rules.
  • An advert topic is closed automatically and without warning upon completion of a paid period.
  • A topic placement period and its extension should be tracked via the Paid Features page of the user profile.

Official topic renewal

Official "renewal" of a topic is available for authors willing to move up their topic in the list.

Paid topic editing

Paid editing is provided for topic starters whose "free" editing rights have expired. Upon clicking the "Edit" button, they will receive an offer to pay for the service.

After making a payment, you will have one week to use the feature. You will be able to edit the topic title and content.
Note: You have one hour to make your changes from the moment you start editing your post. Please think in advance about your changes.

The service is available only for topic authors. Here is how it looks (Beginning). After payment completion, you are sent back to the topic and the "Edit" command becomes available.

Official representative

We often face situations when a company employee registers an additional account to leave messages on behalf of the company or to manage several accounts at once. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to have the ability to answer on behalf of the company.

To tackle this need, we are introducing a new account type — a company representative account. The new account type is available immediately. Usage is governed by the following rules:

1.1. A corporate account is assigned to a company using the forum for its business activity rather than to a person (forum participant).

1.2. The right to maintain a corporate account is granted on a paid basis only.

1.3. All corporate accounts form a separate group. The amount of corporate accounts belonging to a single company is unlimited.

1.4. Corporate account owners have the same rights and obligations as owners of regular accounts as per SE Rules. A corporate account does not grant any additional privileges (except for removing the account number limitations set in p. 2.8 of the Rules). 

1.5. The account's affiliation with the group is marked by a special entry in a user profile and a special label near the user's name. Unauthorized use of an entry imitating the official status is considered a gross violation and leads to immediate account ban. Moreover, if the account itself is a clone of another account, the ban is introduced indefinitely.

1.6 A corporate account becomes active at the moment of registration. An unpaid account is automatically switched to a read-only state.

1.7. An account owner should specify its affiliation with a specific company/service in the corporate account profile immediately after the registration. A position or occupation of a person responsible for maintaining a corporate account should also be specified.

1.8. All additional access rights and subscriptions for corporate accounts are applied the same way as for regular accounts.

1.9. If an account is blocked for violating the forum rules, the subscription fee is not returned.

1.10. The administration reserves the right to refuse a corporate account registration without explanation.


Account registration is performed via the "Paid features" tab in the user's personal account. Select the "Official representative" subscription, the necessary validity period and perform a payment. After the payment is complete, the account is automatically switched to "Official representative" status and is released from the cloning verification.


Account price: USD 100 per month; USD 550 for 6 months; USD 1000 for 12 months.

Note:

  1. An account switched to the "Official company representative" status can never be switched back to a regular one. If subscription is not renewed, the account is switched to read-only mode. Subscription should be renewed to get full access to the forum functions.
  2. All accounts are subject to fines and bans. The official representative status cannot serve as a mitigating circumstance nor does provide indemnification.

Removing low rating restrictions

Any user is able to remove restrictions caused by low rating. By purchasing the service, you are able to add images and links in the forum, regardless of your rating.

The service is enabled via the "Paid features" tab in the user's personal account. Select "Remove low rating restrictions", specify the period and perform a payment.

The right to answer in paid sections

If your rating is below 10, you cannot comment on topics in the Exchange and sales and Jobs and services for webmasters paid sections. By activating the service, you are granted the right to answer, regardless of your rating.

The service is enabled via the "Paid features" tab in the user's personal account. Select "Reply in paid sections", specify the period and perform a payment.
