Имею свой личный опыт по воровству статей с моего сайта. Написал хостеру, после этого удалили ворованный контент в течение 12 часов.
Запостите. Очень интересно. Особенно какие документы предоставляла в суд в качестве доказательства правообладания пострадавшая сторона. И как именно юридически были защищены тексты.

Тоже самое. Все отлично + хорошо работает поиск по картинкам и в Гугле и Яндексе.
Я так и сделал. Гугл говорит, что все ОК. В webmaster'е разметку видит.
Тоже запишусь на скидку в 50%
