Проблема с enom

А точно уверены, что не отсылается?

Если у вас рупочта типа мейлру или яндекс, то бывает на нее вообще не доходят письма с некоторых зарубежных серверов. А gmail так вообще в спам кидает письма.

Если проблема в том, что именно email не подходит, то попробуйте другой - от домена или самой панели.

При неудаче написать в супорт реселлера. При его молчании - написать вопрос регистратору - что делать. Скорее всего получите ответ, что регистрируйтесь там то там то и потом шлите нам сканпаспорта - передадим вам домен.

Да, у меня почта на list.ru. Я писал реселеру и регистратору. Реселер не отвечает, а регистратор пишет что-то по английски, но паспорт не просили. Кто сталкивался можете написать на какой email писать и что писать.

Может, стоит перевести, что пишут?

Ну если сами перевести не можете, то скопируйте сюда текст ответа регистратора.

Тогда возможно станет понятно, что от вас хочет регистратор и что делать.

Хотя схема в любом случае прежде всего сведется к созданию аккаунта у его(регистратора) реселлера(если он юзерские не выдает). А потом уже нужно просить перенести домен.

Написал регистратору, он пишет Hello,

Так и напиши им, чтонибудь типа: i have account in registeringdomain.com, but i cant login.

I have error "wrong password". Restore password system does not send me new password in mail.

Admins of that site ignore my questions and i cant manage my domain.

What should I do? Please help me.

Предлагают трансфернуть в прямой аккаунт и продлить за $34.95 😮 (правда пишут, что могут быть скидки). Для этого надо завести аккаунт http://www.eNomCentral.com, создать тикет (в теме указав домены), подтвердить, что хотите продлить по $34.95 и приаттачить скан цветного изображения паспорта или водительских прав (данные должны совпадать с данными владельца или администратора домена). Это если коротко.

Но цена продления в $34.95 - это реально круто! Как говорится, выбирайте еном! :)

если я сделаю перенос, то днсы те же останутся? у меня сайт щас висит на этом домене

В ответе от Еном ничего об этом не пишут. Лучше уточнить у Еном-а. Обычно НС-ы не меняются при пуше/трансфере.
