Если уж быть честными, да, есть, но очень сильно припудренная умной и незаметной пропагандой и слегка ограниченная в количестве выбора - хочешь демократов выбирай - хочешь не выбирай :)

Хочешь республиканцев - критиковать - демократы денег даже дадут. Хочешь наоборот - тоже можно.

А можешь и тех и других критиковать - то тогда у себя на заднем дворике, так как в таком варианте никто не даст ни копейки ни секунды на ТВ ни полстрочки в прессе.

Хочешь протестовать - флаг в руки. Только массовые протесты собираются после хорошо пропиаренных (проплаченных) в СМИ тем.

ПС. Я не сравниваю Американскую Мечту с нашей совковой реальностью, сравнивать нереально. И Америку люблю, и жил там долго, просто хочется быть реалистом и антиглобалистом :)

What is a Libertarian?

5. В какой то мере власть народа в США действительно существует и, должен признать, несколько ближе к реальной демократии, чем в большинстве известных мне стран.

Чем скептичнее мы все будем относиться к пропаганде СМИ всех видов, национальностей, географии итд - тем больше у всех нас шансов стать нормальным обществом (сугубо имхо, с уважением ко всем без исключения странам и континентам)
