This is kind of an opposition until Readdle discloses how this is working without breaking the encryption."
Вы считаете что ваш exim+dovecot на centos / postfix+roundcube на ubuntu взломать тяжелее чем gmail ? И это всё наверное даже не на сервере на colacation в закрытом шкафу под видео-наблюдением а на обычном VDS ?

Последнее предположение от меня - ваш IP (точнее даже не сам IP а вся сетка) в чёрном списке Google. Без смены IP на другой (не из этой сетки) это конечно проверить нельзя :(
1. dovecot вообще не причём
2. Настройки exim тоже маловероятно, в противном случае никуда бы письма не приходили.
3. Да, мне письмо дошло но с не с тем текстом письма который Вы проверяете. Вполне вероятно что под текстовый анализатор спамности ваше письмо попадает у Google и Yahoo.
Вышлите это ваше тестовое письмо мне на почту - посмотрю пройдёт ли оно мой фильтр.

Ну let's encrypt то бесплатный прицепить к exim делов то на полчаса с гуглением. А валидный "трастовый" сертификат на почте Гугл любит больше чем его отсутствие.
По моим наблюдениям для Гугла лучше вообще без сертификата чем с самоподписанным.

1. саппорт это что-то (в хорошем смысле этого слова) !
2. по тех.характеристика тоже всё отлично - чрезмерно оверселлом не балуются.
3. цены правда "спортивные" но учитывая п.п. 1-2 - терпимо.
