I am not sure whether you have complained directly to the FCA yet;
if you have, please let us know (preferably with your FCA complaint reference number), and we shall ask the FCA for its file.
If you have not, under the Complaints Scheme the FCA normally do their own investigation first, as that is usually the swiftest way of resolving matters (see http://frccommissioner.org.uk/complaints-scheme/ for further details).
Once the FCA has completed its review, if you are not satisfied with the FCA’s decision, you can ask the Commissioner for an independent investigation.
If you think that there is a particular reason why the Commissioner should consider your complaint without waiting for the FCA to investigate it, please explain why and the Commissioner will consider your request, although I should explain that it is rare for the Commissioner to do his own investigation without waiting for the FCA to investigate first.

Думаю реально если их напрягли бы все письмами - может шевелиться начали бы. Бюрократы не любят напрягаться. Может предпочли бы решить проблему быстрее, когда их зайопывали.

Так на хрен этот регулятор вообще нужен. Уже бы сообщили, кина не будет - электричество закончилось, если знают что-нибудь.

Забираю все деньги из Payoneer теперь.
Тоже поднаскладировал там.

А с той фигней что сейчас происходит в мире и потенциальным эк.кризисом, можно наверное забыть об этих деньгах.

Надежней старого доброгу кэша в матрасе нихрена нет. И пох. на все эти инфляции.
Тут так обесценили - сразу на 100% за секунду
Главное чтобы и в другом не наврали. Лично я подождать готов - главное чтобы по итогу вернули все.
У людей у которых конечно оборотные бизнес средства зависли там + немалые суммы - то это конечно тотальный писец
Пойду завтра сниму все с Payoneer хоть. Тоже выводить вывожу, а руки снять не доходят.
Держал некоторую сумму на этом чертовом Еpayments. Одному заказчику было удобно в евро платить. И наскладировал за полгода там.
Еще думал когда счета открывал- да открой в евро на Payoneer - там все в долларах как часы работает (для моих фрилансерских нужд разницы бы не было никакой)
Но решил не складывать все в одну корзину + наличие регулятора в Британии подкупило.
