Кстати, раньше анти-спам комиссию снимали только с приходом письма, разве нет? Не сразу после окончания месяца, как сейчас. И после письма деньги уже переходили на аккаунт баланс.

Раньше все было так же, Вы просто не обращали внимания. Деньги то еще так же не перевились на баланс аккаунта, просто мы уже знаем что к чему и как оно будет дальше.

f)* *Engaging in any unlawful activity; *
g)* *Engaging in any activity which causes an*y damage or liability to AliExpress, its* affiliates, or the AliExpress.com Inter*national Platform;
h)* *Violating any of the following the condi*tions when using pop-up advertisements:
i.* *No pop-up advertisements shall be used i*n any advertisements without the prior a*pproval of AliExpress;
