у меня на GGL всегда 15-20 ссылок ждет индексации между апами, обычно 90% точно в индекс попадает на ап, в этот же раз всего 1 ссылка попала. (подбор доноров всегда примерно одинаков)
Жду продолжения апа.

Это скорее для самоуспокоения.
Кто сталкивался с вопросами возарата долга по расписке в судебном порядке, знают что это практически невозможно.

The purpose of this tool is to help clean up your link profile. If you've been punished for spammy links or been the victim of a negative SEO campaign.
DO NOT USE THIS TOOL!
Just like we learned in the Panda/Penguin updates that the issue was more anchor text than the link farms, we don't want to jump to conclusions here.
It is very likely that the tool is just a fishing expedition from Google, much like the Unnatural Links email was. In fact, more Unnatural Links emails have been going out today as people started using this new tool!
Just like the re-inclusion requests, be very cautious. By using this tool, it basically confirms you've been trying to manipulate SERPs and could permanently flag your site as one to watch.
When should you use this tool? My suggestion is to wait a month or two to see what the fallout really is. Further, I would use it only on sites you don't care about for testing. And note that you are quite possibly flagging the blogs/forums/article directories where ALL of your links are. (As in, that may be why this new batch of unnatural links emails are going out now) I'd only use it on a money site as a last resort and after you have a comfort level that it'll help more than hurt.
It's a war out there and we need to be careful. Google isn't a friend of the SEO and actively wants to drive us out of business. Keep that in mind when you use any of their tools. What can they do with this new information to make your life harder...
