Recently received an invoice from Cogent ISP with additional $960
On checking they mention it was for reported abuse in this month 47 abuse $20 per abuse
Saying there AUP has changed and they charge $20 for each reported abuse like phishing spams.
Without even giving any notification how can they simply wake up and start charging $20 per abuse ?
Does anyone else has received the same additional invoice for abuse ?
