Если фильм на ютубе размещен с нарушением авторских прав и Вы его демонстрируете на своем сайте, то тоже нарушаете авторские права. Ваше нарушение - в незаконной демонстрации. То, что он расположен на ютубе, никак Вас не оправдывает.

Хорошо организованы страницы товаров на Розетке. Посетители из других стран, не имеющие возможности сделать заказ, на них все равно задерживаются. характеристики посмотреть, отзывы почитать. Имхо, так и следует подавать товар.
