Если Владелец личного кабинета, на него же зарегистрирован домен.
Развен не Владелец назначает администратора домена, переносом ему полномочий в его аккаунт?
Если домен находится у партртнера, то он есественно должен находится на аккаунте партера?
А иначе каким образом подтверждается, что он администратор и партнер ( администратор домена всегда может воспользоваться формой ) - передачей ему паспортных данных и доступа к емайл?
Я немного туплю или как? или что то не понимаю?
