Могу сказать авторитетно из университетского курса нейрофармакологии, что и алкоголь, и табак гораздо вреднее каннабиноидов (т.е. травы). И физической зависимости (т.е. абстинентного синдрома) от марихуаны не бывает, только психическая (как например от интернета:)) Трава запрещена не потому, что она вредна, и это печальный факт.

Алкоголь - сильнейший депрессант. Его например ни в коем случае нельзя с прозаком и прочими антидепрессантами принимать, так как он нейтрализует действие серотонина (гормона счастья) на мозг.

По-моему, здесь очень сильная зависимость идет от тематики рассылки. Например, деловые тематики привлекают больше внимания в начале недели, а в ближе к выходным - развлекательные и т.д. В конце недели получатели рассылки расслабляются и желают отдохнуть:)

А в понедельник действительно люди более склонны разбирать новые рабочие задачи и планировать недельную работу, чем читать почту.
