Совершенно верно. Нужно уметь размещать статьи. Через полгода работы на всех площадках тиц плюсанул. Где-то очень даже неплохо.

А причём здесь всё это? Уже и спросить нельзя?
Еще несколько месяцев назад, в старом интерфейсе, я знал, как в гмэил открыть заголовки письма, а теперь не могу найти как. Даже не смешно.
Но если это спам, то почему gmail.com ничего не сообщил про info@nic.com, как-будто это именно с info@nic.com и писали?
При попытке нажать на ссылку User Manual Rules Documentation.pdf, которая обязательно с официального письма должна открываться в pdf формате (не так ли?), появляется вот такое окошечко:
