Доброго времени суток, Sandy5, пару постов от пользователей вам:

1. I have had a bad experience with Sharingmatrix. Last week I paid 3 months subscription but when I sent the application I made a mistake when writting my email. One minute later I sent them the correct one. But since then I have heard nothing from Sharingmatrix despite I wrote to their "support", "premium" and "sales" address.

They have my money but I have nothing in return. Very very unfair.

2.1. I actually signed up for a 1 year Premium account at Sharing Matrix and ended up not being able to download. After my Paypal payment went through, I never received a password, but I was immediately able to download using premium. 4 days later, the site asked me for my password, which I didn't know, because they didn't tell me.

I tried their "forgot password" page and never received an email. I tired both their standard and premium support email addresses and never received a reply (yes, I checked my spam folder). I ended up filing a Paypal resolution case, which Sharing Matrix never responded to. I escalated that case to a Paypal claim and they never responded to Paypal, who ended up issuing me a refund.

This is not a good way to run a business.

2.2. What's even worse was that, even when I opened a case at Paypal, all I wanted was the password for my account. If they would have just replied, I would have dropped the case.

2.3. I've been trying to get SM to reply to emails for weeks now. I've tried both their standard standard and premium support email addresses, I've tried the contact us page on their website, I tried contacting someone in sales.

I've even tried by filing a Paypal Resolution case with them and they didn't respond to that. After they didn't respond to me or Paypal, Paypal refunded the cost of my 1 year Premium Sharingmatrix Premium account.

I would have preferred to get a working Premium account, but at least I'm not out $55 anymore.

Действительно у вас такое возможно, что вообще не отвечают на письма?

Неудивительно, что люди премиумы не хотят брать с таким отношением. Отзывов начитаются :)

Давно уже надо добавить комент типа: "Оставь надежду всяк сюда входящий", в плане - что общение тут больше одностороннее... местами - с отсутствием логики по отношению к ВМ работающим с Матрицей... (это я про форму абузы на сайте). Вот тут по д****у Матрица далеко переплюнула все ФО... 🤣

If happens that you do have close connections with Sharingmatrix, can you please help me ask them why their download speed is so..... inconsistent ? I have sent repeated emails to them but seems they just don't bother to reply.... shit.... !

They're having language problem and can't understand English or what ? A few tens of my friends is having that thought of not renewing their premium accounts upon due owing to both their upload and downloading speed is crawling and importantly is that they just ignore and don't entertain their premium members even with a reply.

Please help me to look into this issue. Thank you very much....... !

Подскажите, если стоит тариф с продаж, то скачивания вобще не появляются?
