2) Попросите у клиента доказательства правомерности использования данных фото (другие кадры фотосессии, RAWы, оплата данных фото в фотобанках и т.п.)...
Если доказательства авторства предоставлены, можете отправлятся к нотариусу и далее в суд с претензиями ко всем сайтам, использующим данные фотографии без соответствующего разрешения. ;)
