проблема с пушем,при регистрации нужно обратить внимание на все лишние птички по умолчанию и убрать их.

А с трансфером лично у меня проблем не было, в теч 5дней высылают код, а за 2 дня завершают трансфер. нормальный регистратор, при попытке трансфера предлагают продлить у них по 10 и попросят не уходить)
