Просто, мне кажется, что слова для спектра не всегда берутся с учетом частотности. Есть список слов "по-умолчанию". Например, иногда подсвечивает "Википедия", хотя вместе с исходным запросом её не набирают.

Купите и не парьтесь.

Правильный запрос - "ремонт холодильника статьи", уже подправил.

Я, кстати, понял, как так получилось.

Как известно, при спектре выдача формируется из сайтов, занимающих первые (вторые) места по более точным запросам. Заголовоки в выдаче:

elremont.ru - Ремонт холодильника своими силами

holodilnik.info - Ремонт холодильника. Часть 1 | Холодильник.Инфо - статьи

Оба слова являются уточняющими и используются Спектром. Наличие своими силами позволил elremont.ru занять первое место по запросу "ремонт холодильника своими силами" пруф

holodilnik.info, благодаря наличию в тайтле статьи, занимает первое место по запросу "ремонт холодильника статьи" пруф

Только сейчас заметил, что оба сайта ссылками торгуют. Борьба саттелитов за место в коммерческом топе? :) Сурово.

Случаев было более чем достаточно.

Я имел ввиду не разбавление, а словоформу ключа в анкоре.

Правильно так:

#строительством домов#

и т.п.
