We’re writing to let you know that we incorrectly issued some cheque payments using euros instead of U.S. dollars. We intended for these payments to preserve your original U.S. dollar cheque currency preference. This error impacts only a limited number of publishers, and you are receiving this email because it affects your May 2014 payment. The payments were issued with a correct euro amount.

This issue was fixed for your account and future payments will be issued in U.S. dollars. Regarding the cheque we sent in euro currency, you have the following options:
You can take no action at this time. You may deposit the euro cheque payment if your bank accepts euro currency cheques.

To receive a reissue of your cheque in U.S. dollars, request cancellation of the euro cheque by completing this form. Allow 7 business days for our team to process your cheque cancellation request. After we process your request, a new line item will appear showing that the cheque has been stopped and your refund is in progress. A replacement cheque will be issued in U.S. dollars approximately one day after our bank confirms cancellation of the euro cheque.

As an alternative to cheque payments, we now also provide the option to receive payment by U.S. dollar international wire transfer. You can find more information about wire transfer payments in our Help Center. If you wish to switch to wire transfer payments, be sure to set up this payment option prior to requesting cancellation of the euro cheque.
