You are receiving this communication because you have active products in your GoDaddy account that are scheduled to auto-renew using the Russian Ruble.

GoDaddy is in the process of removing the Russian Ruble (RUB) as a supported currency and will be unable to complete auto-renewal transactions using RUB after March 10, 2022.

To minimize the risk of product cancellation, you will need to select a new currency preference within your GoDaddy account for each payment method tied to a product currently set to auto-renew. You can update these preferences by signing in to your GoDaddy account and following the instructions below:

If you do not update your current RUB currency preference for each payment method tied to a product set to auto-renew by March 10, 2022, the currency preference for these payment methods will be automatically updated from RUB to United States Dollars (USD). GoDaddy will attempt to bill upcoming auto-renewals in USD unless a different currency preference is selected before the transaction is complete.

Note that currency preferences for PayPal cannot be updated without completing a new transaction. If you have a product set to auto-renew using a PayPal account, we recommend manually renewing that product using a currency other than Russian Rubles to minimize the risk of cancellation.
