При заключении подобных сделок нужно быть очень осмотрительным, тем более, если вопрос вами до конца еще не изучен.
Могу только посоветовать самостоятельно поискать сайт с нужными параметрами и попробовать его выкупить у владельца.

посмотреть точное кол-во слов там пока еще нельзя, но можно визуально оценить их популярность.
А если они ответят, что не восстанавливают забаненые сайты в индекс вручную и нужно ждать до следующего индексации, то намекни им про BMW и двойные стандарты ;)
Главное чтобы от этих слов не страдало содержание и внешность сайта. Но помни, если будешь прятать ключевые слова окрашивая их в цвет фона, то точно получишь бан.
Наилучший вариант это сделать глоссарий терминов по теме сайта и для поисковиков пища и для людей польза.
