The provider / ISP (SIA CREDIT, Dmitrijs Fjodorovs, Riga) who had the domains registered with us, will not settle further payments for the abovementioned domain name(s).

In order to settle the question where your domain name(s) will be administered hereafter / in the future, we would like to request you to get in touch with us immediately. Since the annual fee will not be paid by your contractual partner/our reseller, the domains will have to be paid by you. Otherwise the domains will not be renewed and this will result in a loss of the domains.

Please keep in mind that YOU as the owner of the domain name(s)have agreed to the terms and conditions of that particular/the respective registry – hence you need to fulfill your duty with reasonable care. Additionally we’d like to inform you that in case of non-payment, a domain name can be disconnected resulting in the non-availability of the domain name.

*In case we do not receive any response from your side .de domain name(s) will be given to DENIC into transit at maturity. You will then receive a letter from DENIC to which you should respond in order to prevent the deletion and transfer to a third person.

*In case we do not receive any response from your side regarding any other except .de domain names, we will delete the domain names when payment is due/at maturity.

*In case you do not need the domain name(s) anymore (or you have already cancelled them at/with your contractual partner), please fax this signed letter to +49-941-5955955 with the remark “please delete”. We will carry out the deletion of the domain name(s) at maturity.

For aforementioned reasons, please contact us latest 30 days before expiry date of each domain. Please keep in mind that a delayed response can lead to a deletion of your domain name(s).
