просили узнать: Сайт торгует репликами различных брендов, (таких сайтов много в рунете) и вчера им пришло письмо от сайта opsecsecurity.de :

Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL, an Italian corporation, is the owner and registrant of the famous and well-known Dolce & Gabbana and D&G trademarks for apparel and accessories among others. In fact, Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL owns multiple incontestable trademark registrations for its DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks, and numerous trademark registrations around the world under international trademark law.

It has come to our attention that you are committing willful and blatant trademark infringement and dilution through the illegal use of copyrighted material and material protected under IP right as well as your selling of counterfeit products bearing the “DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G” name at

This conduct is unethical and deceptive, and constitutes unfair competition in the most basic sense.

You and/or your company are infringing Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL trademarks by selling counterfeited products and have no legitimate reason to use the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks in this matter, and it is apparent that your activities are a deliberate attempt to trade off the goodwill established by Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL in its famous DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks.


Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL is very concerned about this unauthorized and illegal use of its valuable DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademark, and is prepared to take whatever legal steps are necessary to protect the value and integrity of its trademark. Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL is intent upon stopping these illegal activities and, thus hereby demands that you and any other entities, agents or affiliates connected therewith immediately:


• cease and desist from further use of the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G copyrighted material and material protected under IP rights;

• cease the selling, manufacturing, and distribution on the URL of all infringing products and from further use of the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks, and/or any other names confusingly similar thereto, and

• provide the origin of the goods you have been selling and evidence those goods bearing the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks are genuine Dolce & Gabbana goods.


If we do not hear from you within 7 days of your receipt of this letter that you and/or your company will immediately cease and desist from any and all further use of the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G names and any and all other activities infringing upon the DOLCE & GABBANA / D&G trademarks, Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks SRL will take any and all further legal action necessary and/or appropriate to resolve this matter.
