Спрашивают разрешения использовать название сайта в торговой марке

Всем день добрый!

Есть сайт в зоне info - старый живой и посещаемый, сегодня пришло письмо вот такого текста от M.Yu@IP-Expert.asia - фирма регистрации торговых марок. Кто с там сталкивался и чем может грозить разрешение с моей стороны использовать в качестве ТМ название сайта могу ли я запретить использовать?
