Как правильно сделать файл .htaccess

Использовать mod_rewrite Да
Добавить к URL суффикс Да

У меня все редиректы стоят сразу после

Но там еще есть строка

Я заметил что если я опускаю редиректы в самый низ, после части отвечающей за ЧПУ то они не работают. Там стоит флаг L видимо поэтому все что ниже уже не учитывается.
