Как написать письмо для обмена ссылками?

Оно того стоит. Зачастую, на серьезные сайты, по другому никак.

Inoff, IMHO если Вы побывав на сайте отметите некий его раздел, или страницу как место для размещения Вашей ссылки, информации, статьи и т.д. то конечно же мастер сайта поймет что Вы на нем побывали.

Не секрет, все люди и все человеки. У большинства есть слабости. Скажите несколько обрых слов дабы отметить допустим удобную навигацию на сайте или нечто иное. Только полегче с лестью, не переборщите
