Привет! Прилетело сегодня письмецо от Годедди. Как я понимаю, хотят удалить все мои домены в зонах com.au и org.au.

Обидно, блин. Это дропы. Восстанавливал из архива. Прошу помощи, может кто сталкивался... Как решить? Много сил потрачено.

Вот текст, собственно:

We’ve been notified by .AU Domain Administration (auDA) of a complaint regarding the registrant’s eligibility to hold the below domains.

According to auDA policy, a second level .AU domain must be:

an exact match, abbreviation or acronym of the registrant’s name or trademark; or otherwise closely and substantially connected to the registrant, in accordance with the categories of “close and substantial connection” set out in the Guidelines on the Interpretation of Policy Rules for the open 2LDs.

You can review this policy at auda.org.AU/policies/2012-04/ (see Schedule F, Paragraph 2).

To dispute this complaint, please reply to this email explaining the registrant’s connection to the domain name. You’ll need to respond by 30-May-2018 to ensure that the domains aren't deleted.

- точное совпадение, аббревиатура или аббревиатура имени или товарного знака регистратора; или иным образом тесно и существенно связаны с регистрантом в соответствии с категориями «тесной и существенной связи», изложенными в Руководящих принципах толкования правил политики для открытых 2LD.

Вы можете просмотреть эту политику по адресу auda.org.AU/policies/2012-04/ (см. График F, Параграф 2).

Чтобы оспорить эту жалобу, ответьте на это письмо, объяснив подключение регистратора к доменному имени. Вам необходимо будет ответить на жалобу до 30 мая-2018, чтобы домены не были удалены.

Ваши - это физлица, не соответсвующего правилам этих зон? Домены уже заблокированы и переоформить их вам возможности не дают?

    • Charity (A charity operating in Australia, as defined in the registrant’s constitution or other documents of incorporation.)
    • Club (A sporting or special interest club operating in Australia.)
    • Incorporated Association (An association incorporated in any Australian State or Territory.)
    • Non-profit Organisation (A non-profit organization operating in Australia, as defined in the registrant’s constitution or other documents of incorporation.)
    • Trade Union (A trade union or other organization registered under the Workplace Relations Act 1996.)
