Sorry about that. I will try to find some translator to write on this forum in Russian :) It would be great if you could keep that thread on though. I am looking for someone who knows English and Russian as well so probably for people who do not understand this thread are not the people I am looking for.

Thanks for pointing this out! I would prefer to get an experienced SEO. However, I know a bit about SEO in other markets so could probably advise and it could be something interesting for an SEO who wants to get to next level. I will wait for the responses and prices that SEOs charge and then can decide.

Sorry I can't be more specific because the project is yet to be started and proper scope established. I assume it will be couple of hours per week for start and SEO would act as an consultant in terms on how the site will be build and on-page factors. The site will be in Russian language targeted at russian consumers so the goal would be optimize it in Yandex and other search engines that have good market share.
Its a kind of a job that can grow into something much bigger. The pay would depend on the experience of the SEO. However, the client is a known brand so it may look very well on your portfolio - even if the money is not would you normally charge.
