Да видовый, У юзера действительно есть такая галочка но она не выставлена значит можно получать отовсюду
Попробовал в Relay Control выставить Open relay
В результате в майл логе

В security логе пишет строку
[12/Aug/2012 12:48:23] Relay attempt from IP address 74.125.83.52, mail from <yyy@gmail.com> to <werter@xxx.org> rejected
Так вопрос КАК это работает ???
