Sergey, you can receive funds via PayPal however you will be required to
add a credit card in order to withdraw your funds.

You may be able to receive up to 2,000 ILS before requiring verification
on our system in which case I would recommend obtaining for yourself a
credit card.

When your receive funds through PayPal, the funds are added to your
PayPal balance.

The funds will stay there until you:

* Use them for your next payment in the same currency.

When you use PayPal to send money, we always attempt to take the funds
from your PayPal account balance first. If you have no PayPal balance in
that currency, or not enough to cover the whole transaction, the
remainder will be taken from the primary credit card registered on your
account.

The default payment method cannot be changed on your account but it can
be changed per transaction. To change the payment method for a
transaction, click the 'Change' or 'More Funding Options' link on the
final page during the Send Money process and select a different payment
method.

Note: Once the payment is sent, you cannot change your payment method.

* Withdraw them to your local bank account

To withdraw funds to your local bank account:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Withdraw" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Withdraw funds to your bank account".
4. Select the balance to withdraw from if you have multiple balances.
5. Enter the amount (Click "minimum withdrawal amount" to see
required minimum amount.).
6. Select the bank account to withdraw to if you have more than one
registered bank account.
7. Click "Continue".
8. Review the confirmation page and then click "Submit."

Please note:

You can only withdraw from one currency balance at a time. To withdraw
the total amount of funds in your account, convert all your funds to the
same currency.

Do not enter any currency symbols or letters in the amount box.

* Withdraw them to your credit card.

If you have a credit or debit card on your PayPal account which displays
the Visa logo and you'd like to withdraw funds from your PayPal balance
to your card, here's what you need to do:

1. Log in to your account at www.paypal.com
2. Click 'Withdraw' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Withdraw funds to your card'.
4. Fill in the required boxes.
5. Click 'Continue'.
6. Review the information and click 'Confirm'.

Please note:

* It usually takes 2-3 working days for your funds to post to your
card balance. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on your card
statement depending on your card issuer. For additional questions,
contact your card issuer.
* Due to local regulations and issuing bank guidelines, it's not
possible to withdraw funds to all credit/debit cards
* There is a minimum and maximum withdrawal limit to withdraw funds
to your card. To view your withdrawal limits, log in to your account and
click 'View Limits' on the Account Overview page.
* Click 'Fees' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage to view the fees
for withdrawing funds to your card
