Вот моя история. Может кому пригодится. Брал у этого мудака 10 доменов для экспериментов. Когда пришел час "Ж" - прислали письма что домены дропнут - я забил. Домены не дропнули, они прожили благополучно год, и ни с чего потихоньку начали приносить копеечку. Решил продлить. Написал им на domain-services@internetx.com :

About a year ago, I registered the domains through your reseller (he
called himself ExclusiveDomain, his icq 372222). Then he disappeared.
I need to renew my domains, or transfer them to another registrar. But
it is better to renew. How can I do this?

Через пару дней ответили - предложили выслать скан аусвайса и перенести к i7.ru:
Dear Sir, you can transfer your domains away to another provider or you move your
domains to a Russian reseller from us: http://www.i7.ru.
We can`t offer you to renew the domains with us, as we normally don`t
accept endusers from our resellers as customers.
If you want to transfer the domains to another provider, just send us
a written and signed confirmation that you are the owner of the domains
(domainlist) and send us a copy of your id-card or passport.
We will proove the documents and send you feedback as soon as possible.
If you want to transfer your domains to http://www.i7.ru, just contact our
reseller at support@i7.ru and your reseller will take care for your transfers
and renews.
Отправил им скан паспорта. Буду переносить к 1qh (не сочтите за рекламу, исторически сложилось что ими пользуюсь).
Всё гут. За 15 мин пришёл ключик. ТС - молодца.
Зарегал 10 доменов по смешной цене, чему несказанно рад. Спасибо.
