Пытался попробовать этот движок для агентства недвижимости. То ли архив битый - osclass.3.0.1.Rus_Team_build_06.10.2012, то ли кто то специально поработал над движком что бы заморочить голову. Куча ссылок неправильно генерируется. Что бы исправить, нужно перекопать море файлов. Ссылки получаются двойные mysite.com//musite.com В общем что бы этот двиг заработал как надо, нужно убить неделю.
Пока ждал помощи в этом топике нашёл в примечании от разработчиков к одному модулю (не тому с которым у меня проблема) интересную инфу. Они рекомендуют в случае появления подобного рода ошибок, просто выключить их показ на сайте. Типа пусть что то работает не совсем корректно, плевать. Главное что бы никто это не видел!

Joomla подойдёт, только заранее приготовься к тому что будут выплывать какие то странные глюки. которые никто обьяснить не может. А с помощью тут, сам видишь, напряжёнка.
Ну а компонентов для твоих целей куча Zoo например посмотри. Есть и более заточенные именно под каталоги компаний, попробуй воспользоваться поиском через Гугл, он выдаёт более нормальные сайты на эту тему чем Яндекс.
Joomla вообще очень странный движок, бывают глюки которые никто логически объяснить не может. К примеру, пока по умолчанию не выставишь визуальный редактор, то из админки невозможно выключить показ ошибок! Проверяй, может тоже что то не включено что по идее никак не должно ни на что влиять. но влияет.
А почему именно на WP? Есть несколько готовых решений на движках специально сделанных для агентств недвижимости. Правда нужно с недельку поковырять настройки и кое где перевод исправить-добавить. Навскидку посмотрите Osclass, ReOS, Real_Estate, OpenRealEstate, realtyengine_free

Странно, включил редактор по умолчанию, стали сохраняться изменения в админке в области общих настроек. Но опять же непонятки, вместо ре-капчи включил cdcaptcha, она работает, а в админке где выбор капчи по умолчанию её нет. В принципе не критично, но странно.
А может ну его, этот Денвер? Я уже месяц как на OpenServer все проекты запускаю перед тем как на реальный хостинг закинуть. Намного удобнее и функциональнее. Даже один хитрый двиг, который на Денвере не хотел запускаться, на Open Server заработал как миленький.
Для одного проекта (на Joomla 2.5 рус.пак.) хочу сделать вывод картинок с текстом, при клике на картинку с текстом должна открываться определённая страница. Опробовал уже 5 модулей, функционал устраивает но все выдают кучу ошибок. Пробовал и на OpenServer и на реальном хостинге, проверял, может на OpenServer какой то библиотеки не хватает. Результаты индентичные. Вот что выдаётся на стороне посетителя при включенном моде (включал по очереди несколько разных, а что именно за модули, видно по путям)

И ещё, при попытке выключить показ ошибок в админке, система зависает и не сохраняет изменения. На всех остальных страницах всё в порядке.
Из сторонних модулей и компонентов, помимо стандартного набора, стоит компонет JEA, модуль JEA - поиск. Работает всё без проблем.
