I was need small vps server for study research. About one week i looked for good and not expensive service. Tried few hosting-companies (last was CloudSigma). During time of exams i spent time for nothing with them. Written to support many times, but they couldnt help me. Then i choose the smallest and cheapest server from Inferno and it was right choice!
My project start work from the first time after setup! If i have questions - suppot respond after few minutes and help me with exact instructions.

I think later for my big project i will use only their servers!

few russian words in the english interface of profile - not problem ) More important is quality of service. 👍
