Большинство проблем решились установкой HTB-шейпера с расстановкой приоритетов в трафике и ограничений максимальных полос. В том числе похоже и проблема с ошибкой при traceroute, чему я несколько удивлен..
Насколько я понял, проблемы возникали таки при утыкании трафика в лимит 100 мегабит.

Это костыль для traceroute, хотелось бы решить проблему в корне. То есть понять каких именно буферов ему не хватает...

iptraf и т.п.
также видно на графике датацентра, хотя у мастерхоста с весны видать криво перевели часы и mrtg рисует график с часовой задержкой...
а почему собственно 80мбит - потолок? получить полные 100 мегабит при передаче между двумя компами - абсолютно реальное дело не требующее никаких усилий...
пробовал с подобными настройками
немного лучше, но при 80 мбитах все равно начинаются тормоза и потери...
пробовал менять net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control на htcp и прочие - эффекта нет
фаирвол отключал через service iptables stop, при этом модули выгружаются
и после всех изменений ошибка осталась:

В состав дистрибутивов mysql-сервера входят утилиты mysql и myqldump. В том числе и под винду с именами mysql.exe и mysqldump.exe. Скачайте с сайта mysql.com и пользуйтесь на здоровье:
сделать дамп
mysqldump --port=12345 databasename > dump.name.sql
восстановить дамп
mysql --port=12345 databasename < dump.name.sql
К обоим командам возможно полезно будет добавить параметр --compress (-С) и -u -p для авторизации - для подробностей почитайте справку mysql --help

Это приблизительно то, что я искал. Но только приблизительно. Я вижу ценность подобной базы только в максимально полном виде, а не в виде нескольких маленьких кусочков.
На фоне существования этого скрипта еще более забавно выглядит ваша убежденность, что общей базы я не найду, что она никому не нужна и что ее существование вообще противоречит принципам open source ;)

Если бы я хотел посоветоваться о путях решения некой проблемы, я бы так и сделал. Такой необходимости у меня нет - свои проблемы я решу тем или иным путем. А ваше праздное любопытство к чужим проблемам выглядит странно.
Вопрос же заданный мной меня интересовал по нескольким причинам и посоветоваться с сообществом я хотел именно о нем. Если конкретно вам сказать о нем нечего, то будьте так добры, не пишите больше сообщений в этот топик.
