По рекомендации DBProxy, я связался с клиентами и поставил DBP в копию, теперь DBProxy пишет что ничего не получал!
А так как они в США находятся, письма я получаю в час-два ночи.
Только мне кажется что я влечу на огромную сумму с этим DBP, вот его расценки (если это те):
Fees for Subpoena Compliance
Domains By Proxy will charge the person or entity submitting the civil subpoena for costs associated with subpoena compliance. Payment must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Domains By Proxy invoice. Checks should be made out to Domains By Proxy
Domains By Proxy's subpoena compliance costs are as follows:
•Research - $75.00/hour
•Federal Express - Cost as Billed
•Copies - $.25/page

Когда все началось, данные были открыты, они видимо телефон переписали, я их закрыл чтобы еще всякие не писали и видимо остальную информацию они не успели переписать, потомучто после привата они мне все писали чтобы я им эти данные предоставил.
Вот интересно, они DBP будут отстаивать мои права или им все-равно и они все сливают.
Вот что пишут DBP про UDRP, если перевести, вроде они не участвуют стороной в удрп.

The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Policy”), has been adopted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), and sets forth the terms and conditions in connection with a dispute between a registrant and any party (other than the registrar) over the registration and use of an Internet domain name. The Policy is incorporated by reference into the Domain Name Registration Agreement entered into between domain name registrants and their registrars.
Domains By Proxy (“DBP”) is a privacy registration service; it is not a registrar. Both domain name registrants who utilize DBP’s privacy registration service and those who would dispute the registration and use of an Internet domain name by a DBP customer are advised to refer to the Policy as well as the applicable Domain Name Registration Agreement.
DBP routinely receives notices from its affiliated registrars informing it of the filing of various administrative proceedings under the Policy. Upon receipt of such notices, DBP cancels its privacy service for the domain name that is the subject of the Policy dispute and notifies its customer about the cancellation of service.
DBP does not and will not participate in the administration or conduct of any Policy proceedings and will not be liable as a result of any decisions rendered by any administrative panel adjudicating such Policy proceedings. In the event that DBP is named as a party in any such Policy proceedings, it reserves the right to raise any and all defenses deemed appropriate and to take any other action necessary to defend itself.

Вот елки, получается они могут без меня слить домен этим владельцам торговой марки?
Лучше тогда я раскрою свои данные и уберу его с прокси и сам буду бороться за этот домен.
Единственное что напрягает, что они могут мне по телефону трезвонить.

Мне надо себе домен оставить, на нем я хотел разместить форум, но теперь представляю что эти лица там могут написать.
Вот это точно, даже чтобы скрыть свои контактные данные, я тоже платил.
Больше я с ними не буду иметь дело.

Максимум что я знаю, это название Happylife e.V., их директор Tobias Auth, и видимо липовые домены из их почты tobiasauth.com и tobimedia.com
теперь буду выяснять чем занимаются.
Итак они мне уже звонили, правда я занят был и не подошел.
А потом вот что они мне написали:
