What is the difference between -no results- and -not listed- in the ranking reports?
If you get the message "no results" in your ranking reports then IBP could not get any results at all. That can have several reasons:
1. The search engine returned no results for the search term because it doesn't have results for that term.
2. The search engine returned no results for that search term because you queried the search engine too often.
Google, Yahoo, MSN and some other search engines temporarily return no results if they are queried too often in a short time period from the same computer. It doesn't matter if the query has been performed with IBP, manually or with any other tool. It's the frequency of the queries that causes the block.
You can avoid this problem by entering higher delays in the "Human emulation" panel in the "General settings" window in IBP. You can also bypass the block by entering a proxy server in your MS Internet Explorer options. In general, we recommend to make as few search engine queries at possible. If you cannot optimize your web pages for hundreds of search terms, you shouldn't check the rankings for hundreds of search terms.
IBP also allows you to automatically delete search engine cookies so that search engines cannot identify you by the cookie. If you have the problem above, you should use that option in IBP.
3. You use an outdated ranking script. Further information can be found here.
The message "not listed" means that your web site URL could not be found in the result pages.

Вопрос возникает попутно такой: сколько времени должно пройти, чтобы все восстановилось?
никогда бы не подумала, что из-за верстки. Спасибо. Видимо, это действительно так, т.к. работать перестало именно после смены Яндексом дизайна.
стоит версия 9.7.1 согласно http://www.ibusinesspromoter.com/download/index.htm это есть самая распоследняя версия.
А может быть эта проблема быть связаной с Яндексом? типа защита или что-нить в этом роде?
