Проверил на Денвере и действительно была ошибка.
Обновил дистрибутив!
Для апдейта достаточно заменить файл:
/core/sql/install.sql
и
папку /core/usermodules/

Сначала разбейте строку по пробелам например и отбросьте все кириллические символы, примерно так ) Регулярку готовую тоже лень писать, более того для первого и второго случая нужны 2 регулярки.
А ссылочку дадите?

Пока разбираюсь, вместе с апдейтом выпущу. Попробуйте поставить на сайт, вообще первый раз такое.
Я сам денвером пользовался, работало все. Сейчас правда на UNIX перешел, там денвер не нужен.
