Помогите пожалуйста по второму пункту , что именно мне изменить?, бывает на сайт заходить, а он пишет не могу подключиться в БАЗЕ ДАННЫХ, те. вот такие у меня траблы

Контекстные ссылки не показываются вообще хотя пишет что ссылка размещена и указывает на....., но ссылки у меня на сайте нет. а обычные ссылки все в статусе ОК - с ними проблем нет

Здравствуйте, в чем может быть проблема, названия объявлений, фирм,ссылок в знаках вопроса (???????), но если кликннуь по объявлению, то текст на русском все нормально, имя автора также в "???"Подскажите в чем проблема?
