Хостеры тоже пишут, что все хорошо, и годами работают, но бывает резко пропадают. Сейчас у вас все хорошо - что будет завтра? А у человека с сервером проблемы будут, это даун ресурсов и лишние нервы. Уж лучше самому закупиться напрямую.

Threshold FlowsDiff 40 flows/s, Diff: 72 flows/s Sum 21.995 flows/300s (73 flows/s), 22.043.000 packets/300s (73.476 packets/s), 0,675 GByte/300s (18 MBit/s) Нужен сервер/впс под проксирование, чтобы отбивать такую атаку. Чем дешевле - тем лучше. Предложения в личку или в ветку (можно как рекламу). Никакого нелегала, все чинно.
Перенести на VPS в OVH вариант? Хотя, в Вашем случае, проще к Den73 обратиться, мне понравилось его предложение :)

Какая страна размещения? IP для теста выложите?
