Забыл сказать, что в .htaccess вот эти строки закомментированные, если их открываю, сайт не открывается.
Сегодня ночью от яндекс получил письмо, что сайт в 03:48 стал доступен, а вот в 03:53 пришло опять письмо, что уже не доступен.
Проверяю через сервис bertal.ru вот что получаем:

html-код страницы не грузит.
указываем ссылку https://www.SITE.ru получаем следующее:
html-код так-же не грузит.
Проверяю как google bot выдаёт так-же как и yndex.

в robots.txt блокировок ботов вроде бы нет.

Проверяю на сервисе bertal.ru получаем следующее:

Включил "Показать html-код страницы" , пустая страница.
URL указываем https://www.SITE.ru получаем:
c Google Bot, тоже самое.
