вы ещё тс предложите свой дата-центр построить...

тс не советую держать все сайты на одном аккаунте и даже у одного хостера. уже наступал на эти грабли дважды. сейчас все сайты раскидал по разным хостерам. выходит дороже, но так надежности больше! и проблем меньше!

а зачем человеку впс с админом и ещё с кучей всего?

его устраивает функционал шаред хостинга. ему только мощностей не хватает.

это решается тарифом по дороже! :)

72 часа дается хостеру для урегулирования вопроса, пока хостер обработает жалобу и напишет вам, пока выйдет его 72 данное вам, большая вероятность что ip адрес\ сайт уже будет заблокирован. А РКН выводит из блока сайты не спеша. Обычно это занимает 14 дней, редко быстрее.

на самом деле хостер переадресовывает жалобу от РКН сразу или в тот же день и дает клиенту 24 часа на устранения. И блокирует по решению суда, а не через 72 часа

Кроме того, не раз уже такое было, что РКН это всего ли попутная мера. Правообладатель направляет в суд и РКН одновременно. В итоге и по суду 6к "вынь да положь" и РКН ругается. Чаще всего по суду приходит на материал который уже больше месяца как удален по уведомлению РКН, но ведь суду плевать, а 6к заплати.

$20 даже для среднего ДЦ - деньги невеликие. За каналы оплата на порядки больше. А с учетом их в целом неплохих тарифов, и в некоторых случаях, доминирующего положения, как пользовались их услугами, так и продолжат пользоваться. В крайнем случае на клиентов это плату "ретранслируют" :)

или другими словами, лучше потерять 20$, чем 2000 клиентов
