I have received the following message from our payments team:

Upon checking with our Internal teams and CITIBANK, it appears that the Publisher's transaction via End-toEnd ID: RU**** is included on the 329 transactions that have failed due to Citibank's internal changes.

Our team is communicating with the Citibank, together with our internal processors to resolve the issue. So at the moment, we are not able to provide you the specific SWIFT code of the payment transmission since we have identified that the transfer have failed.

Having this said, all of those affected transaction and payments including the aforementioned transaction will be re-processed to the Publisher's bank account as soon as posible once the issue is resolved.
