Dear Stan:
We are having a very difficult time accessing all of the 700 plus servers.
We have requested help from the Defendants, but as yet, they are not
cooperating. As a result, we have no idea when we will be able to access
the data and process all of the claims of third-parties. We continue to
work diligently on the project. It would be much more efficient if the
Defendants would simply provide the information and cooperation that we have
requested.
