Proftpd, как запретить подниматься выше корня

Здравствуйте,

Подскажите пожалуйста, как запретить возможность подниматься выше своего уровня?

Поставил на другом сервере ProFTPd, теперь не работает chroot_local_user=NO.

Как ограничить с помощью конфига? Как в конфиге прописать айпи, которым можно открыть?
