Можно долго вручную, можно быстрее с помощью программ.

Эффективнее где-то каждые 5 минут, что-бы не особо надоесть пользователю.

Только аккуратнее надо с программами, канал могут забанить.

какой софт посоветуете?

Бан канала? Были случаи? Можно подробнее?

Постоянно пользуюсь программами на сотне каналов, банов из-за программ не было еще.

а когда приходят такие письма на емейл?

потому что мне пришло такое письмо я им отписал мол небуду) и они разблокировали один мой канал.

Вот и я пользуюсь, только теперь очкую что-то )))

Время деньги , как говориться ) До определенного количества можно и без прог обойтись .

Каждый сам для себя решает , всему свое время )
