После обнаружения и удаления, поставить права 444 на исправленные файлы.

Проверил сайт айболитом, он нашел сигнатуры шелл и ява вирусов, буду разбираться.

Данный скрипт вам покажет самое популярное, на него вам не советую полностью ориентироваться.

Айболит - хороший скрипт, но нужен опыт. В Джумле у него много ложных срабатываний.

Все же сделайте самое простое - скачайте сайт по фтп и проверьте антивирусом.
