Ошибка админки joomla 1.5.8-1.5.9 кто знает подскажите пож-ста.

Работал с joomla 1.0.12 все о кей, теперь хочу перейти на 1.5.8-1.5.9 при входе в админку вылезает вот такое сообщение:

Community Magazine also has articles for new learners and experienced users, alike. A great place to look for answers is the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Причем ошибка только на главной странице админки все остальные работаю нормально, сайт на localhost стоит Apache (ДЕНВЕР) и WAMP5 (ПОСЛЕДНИЙ) НА ОБОИХ ТАКАЯ ЖЕ ОШИБКА, старая версия работает без проблем, чем может быть она вызвана и как ее устранить подскажите пож-ста, кто знает. Спасибо.
