поменяйте на 'http://www.mysite.com/pyt_k_faily/settings.php'

не получается прописал путь require_once(dirname(http://www.crimealawyers.com/forum/settings.php) . '/Settings.php');

Права на Settings.php какие стоят???

Открывай файл конфига форума и исправляй путь к форуму. Возможно неправильно прописан путь к форуму в настройках интегратора (если стоит)

Права на фаил стоят 777

Поменял, но не помогает http://crimealawyers.com/forum/index.php - посмотрите плз ошибку....

Нет файла Settings.php в директории форума

http://crimealawyers.com/forum/Settings.php - 404

Так в том и то и дело что он там есть.....

1) Проверьте права на Settings.php, еще раз. Должно быть не ниже 644.

2) Проверьте еще раз строки в Settings.php, в которых прописан локальный путь к файлам форума.

Должно быть так:
