We are group of talented developers located in Minsk and work on SaaS project that provides gamification software to the Call Center industry designed to improve agent productivity and decrease attrition.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack LAMP Developer to join our exceptional team that is quickly growing for remote work from home. This candidate is expected to be able to contribute immediately. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic who meets the criteria below as well as having project management skills. The position is a full-time, month to month, recurring, contracted position.

Responsibilities:

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Develop user-facing features for SaaS company

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Customization of client applications/installations

Develop and test prototype application/system architectural components aimed at improving performance, scalability, and reliability

Identify and fix application performance bottlenecks for a SaaS solution

Create comprehensive benchmark tests for characterizing application and system performance

Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Integrate application with third party technology providers

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge and working experience of the following: LAMP + full-stack web development, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, APIs, MySQL relational database, Web Services – RESTful, Fundamental knowledge of Linux “Ubuntu preferred”, Open source development experience

Working experience integrating third party software solutions into a SaaS application;

Experience collaborating on and managing large SaaS projects;

SaaS testing experience

Chat/speaking in English

Live samples of prior development efforts;

A creative mind and an ability to “think outside of the box” in developing ideas for future functionality;

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-focused, team environment with low tolerance for error;

Strong initiative and self-starting approach;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Experience working with responsive and mobile web development;

Experience with cloud performance optimization

Bonus:

Knowledge of / or experience in Call Center industry;

Available after-hours for servers/application troubleshooting;

Relational DB concepting and modeling;

Working experience with content management system’s;

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as S3 and EC2;
