Проблема при заходе сайта в админку wordpress

Здравствуйте, уважаемые форумчане

Как и написано в инструкции скачал вордпресс с официвльного сайта, залил на хостинг через фтп клиент файлзилла

Теперь при попытке зайти в админку он предлагает скачать файл

Открываю блокнотом а там следующее сообщение
