Таких решений на самомо деле вагон.. нпример мы работаем с monstercommerce.com (корзинв) и мерчант акк - Пайпал Про (20 в месяц + 30 центов за транзакцию)

Как вам уже написали контор которые открывают МА (мерчант аккаунт) огромное колличесво, поэтому выбирать вам скорее всего нужно по следующей схеме: Сначла выбираются провайдеры или скрипты самих корзин они обычно заточены под несколько МА ну а как с корзиной определились то с МА уже проще, если у человека фирма то процесс не сложный послать пару факсов и делов. С подпиской помочь не могу поскольку мы с ней не работали.. но Пайпал позволяет это делать точно, про остальных не знаю и кстати в большинстве случаев хранить карты кастомеров на вашем сервере никто не позволит, вы будете только от платежной системы получать ответ прошла карта или нет и почему, ну может еще 4 последние цифры..

Если что по связке монстра и ПП то спрашивайте..

да, их много... но как только нужно recurring billling + требование чтобы контора надежно выглядела - сразу все сокращается до нескольких

у monstercommerce.com recurring billling я не нашел

Номера кредитных карт можно у себя на сервере хранить запросто.
